The Sheet Society is currently recruiting for its first ever C-Suite executive, a Chief Operating Officer. This role provides an incredible opportunity to take the reins of one of the fastest growing e-commerce businesses’ in Australia, to free up the founders to focus on growth opportunities both domestically and internationally.

This role will primarily be focused across business management, leadership & culture and executing growth. Working closely with the founders, you’ll be able to translate their strategy and vision into actionable goals for growing both the brand and the business. You’ll take ownership of the day to day operations for The Sheet Society from product conception right through to delivery to our customers. ​You’ll work collaboratively with our leadership team across all departments​ and be empowered to​​​​​ approach operating and making decisions on behalf of the business like it was your own. You will display expert and dynamic leadership skills in the way you approach doing business everyday.

As a skilled communicator, you’ll be able to work with many types of personalities across all functions. Yo​u’ll lead by example and provide mentoring and support to the entire team.
